Change management

• Provisioning/decommission require a change ticket where policy dictates.
• P1 follows the incident runbook.

Documentation review cadence

• Runbooks: 90 days (P1: 60 days).
• Stale pages fail CI and appear in the weekly drift report posted to Teams.

Ownership

Each top-level section has a named owner (RACI). Auto-drafted PRs route to that owner automatically.
